• Has well-developed computer skills (very good level of Excel, experience to work in O365, User experience of SAP/BW will be as preference)
• Has very good knowledge of English and Latvian language, both written and spoken
• Is willing to learn and develop new skills continuously
• Enjoys solving problems by analysing their cause and effect
• Has strong analytic skills and attention to details
• Strong sense of responsibility and focus to deliver solutions
• Has positive attitude and very good communication skills
• Likes working in a team and supporting colleagues

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Databases maintenance 
• Collecting and organizing data from various data sources
• Preparation of different analytic reports and presentations 
• Ability to generate ad-hoc reports
• Sales orders submission, correction in internal system ( SAP, BW)
• Daily support to the team in preparation of all sales related documentation
• Submission, preparation of sales requests in internal online/offline tools
• Cooperation with related departments within company and partners
• Helping in organization of promotion events and projects
• Other related to the reporting, presentation & documentation creation and data base maintenance tasks.
