YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

To initiate and lead communication with customers and conflicts resolutions within competence of held position and provide answers to customers and management, including handling complaints and claims, according to the companys procedures
To recognize developing options for customer relationships and increase of satisfaction scores
To collect information and make reports in accordance with management's instructions
To ensure that gaming tables under his responsibility are in full operation
To create, produce and execute on schedule live studio promotions, in accordance with licensees and management expectations and targets
To act in a professional manner, to maintain an orderly and positive work atmosphere in the facility

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

At least 1 year experience in iGaming
Education - higher education or incomplete higher education
Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Networking skills
Conflict and problem solving skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Excellent presentation skills
Understanding and knowledge of customer service and marketing
