REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in HR, recruitment in IT industry
Experience in organizing employer branding initiatives
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and be a creative problem solver
Deep understanding of various sourcing strategies to find the best IT talents
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with an eagerness to learn and contribute
Self-propelled and initiative-taking
Outstanding communication skills in both Latvian and English
Education in Business Administration, HR, behavioral sciences or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage full cycle recruitment process for IT positions
Talent sourcing (Job posting, headhunting etc.)
Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way
Manage employer branding initiatives
Develop campaigns that strengthen the employer brand and campaigns that boos recruitment
Participate in job fairs, university career days
