As a QA specialist, your responsibility will be to identify any issues or malfunctions on the website and provide detailed descriptions for our project managers and developers to enhance and resolve these bugs. You will serve as our vigilant observer, playing a crucial role in delivering optimal results to our customers!

Before becoming independent in your role, on the first day and the following few weeks you will dedicate to onboarding, where you will learn about the tools we use, the processes we follow, the company's history, and its culture. You will set up your workspace and workstation, equipping them with the necessary apps.

Once onboarding is completed, you will be assigned education tasks, which involve applying the tools you have learned. You will engage in practical QA tasks, along with learning about web development and project management fundamentals. Our EDU manager will provide guidance and supervision during this period.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in web development and eCommerce, and have a basic understanding of the processes involved. It is important to have a hands-on approach to QA and follow standard QA methods on a daily basis. However, there may be times when a different QA method is needed to meet the project's specific needs.

You will need to be patient, detail-oriented, and able to clearly communicate requirements to developers. We also value individuals who can take responsibility for the QA processes on the project and have the courage to work independently, even though you will be part of a team.

Please note that if you are joining scandiweb remotely, you will need to have your own hardware setup. After the probation period, it is possible to arrange a hardware upgrade.
