This would be an excellent opportunity for you to get first experience and understanding of banking business in a friendly and very professional team. Therefore, if you are open to new experiences and gaining new knowledge and want to prove your skills, accuracy and sense of responsibility! This is a full-time internship with majority of the work to be done physically from our office in Riga, Skanstes street! We offer a temporary contract, but until end of August 2024. 

What You Will Do:

• Provide support to the team with customer monitoring functions (customer legal statuses, money trasfers and other relevant monitoring tasks as assigned by the direct manager)
• Prepare and coordinate the preparation of debt calculations
  
• Prepare e-mails and manual warning letters about terminations in line with approved guidelines and decisions
• Manage assigned credits documentation, including archives documentation management
  
• Support with assigned portfolio analysis and preparing of reports
  
• Manage various internal data base management as well as copy/scan documents and other assigned responsibilities
• Manage internal and external correspondence

What We Expect: 

• Ability to learn quickly new tasks and work fast
• Very careful approach to work with high attention to detail, responsible and accurate
  
• Strong logical thinking 
• Word, Excel experience on at least basic level
• Knowledge of law or local jurisdiction would be preferred 
• Bachelor's graduate or student in Law, Finance or related fields
  
• Fluent English and Latvian is required in spoken and written communication
