As Senior Project Manager you would join Credit Advisory & Restructuring (CAR) Division's Latvia's Unit. You will be responsible for implementing restructuring and recovery solutions to corporate customers with medium and high complexity. You are responsible for implementing restructuring and recovery strategies according to the targets set in Luminors NPL Strategy with an objective to reduce Luminors NPL portfolio and minimize economic losses.

What You Will Do:

• Manage assigned customers portfolio including, but not limited taking decisions and signing internal orders within applicable powers to act and/or decisions made
• Represent Luminors interests with third parties in relation to customers within the limits of the powers granted making internal decisions 
• Perform asset revaluation process, provisioning process, back-testing and other tasks assigned to CAR Department
• Coordinate KPIs file by assessing and measuring the implementation of restructuring and recovery function, monitoring quarterly action plans, supporting the preparation of the NPL forecast
• Provide data and explanations to different external and internal controllers (supervisors, regulators, 2nd and 3rd line of defence, operations)
• Participate in CAR division working groups as well as banks projects to develop and maintain NPL Strategy, relevant internal policies, procedures, guidelines and instructions
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting on the assigned portfolio
• Promote transparency and highest ethical standards in daily operations and activities

What We Expect:

• 5+ years experience in Restructuring or/and Recovery 
• Understanding of financial and legal aspects of restructuring and recovery
• Strong business acumen 
• Results through constant learning
• Proactive contribution with result orientation having high-efficiency
• Teamwork and customer oriented
• Advanced proficiency working with MS Office and readiness to quickly master internal banking systems
• Higher education in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management or similar
• Fluent English and Latvian is required in spoken and written communication
• Class B Drivers license
