Your Day-to-day responsibilities:

Build and sustain enduring relationships with your clients by thoroughly understanding and addressing their specific needs within their business context.
Proactively seek new business opportunities by aligning your client's objectives with the company's goals.
Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Production, and Customer Service to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted advisor, enhancing your clients' utilization of our products and solutions for optimal benefit.
Regularly and proactively assess your accounts, advise on improvements, anticipate potential challenges, and develop strategies for successful outcomes.
Effectively use tools like HubSpot and BI-Tools for precise forecasting and efficient communication regarding business opportunities.

Preferrable Background:

Proven track record in Account Management, preferably in the E-commerce or Print-on-Demand industry.
Skilled in CRM tools like HubSpot, BI tools, and familiar with ecommerce platforms and APIs.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, adaptability, and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of global ecommerce trends and specific challenges faced by ecommerce retailers.
Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies, open to innovation.
Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in English as well as good German language skills.
