What You Will Do:
- Maintain and run prioritization sessions with key counterparties with regards to delivery pipeline
- Maintain relationship with stakeholders and vendors (if necessary)
- Act as a first point of contact to leadership regarding existing and new deliveries
- Guide organization through the change initiation and governance process
- Report and track on the status of IT delivery portfolio initiatives and main portfolio RAID
- Control, report and track on IT delivery portfolio budget status
- Escalate to key counterparties about the possible risks & impediments in the IT delivery portfolio
- Control and track IT deliveries quality and compliance against the existing processes
- Provide insights to IT delivery portfolio owners of change readiness to progress
- Proactively engage project managers to progress with the project through the phases on time
- Make sure that project detailed plan fits requirements and has the right confidence level before execution
- Support program(s) with integrated planning and re-planning activities
- Control, foresee and communicate IT delivery portfolio budget
- Amend and communicate IT portfolio process, reporting and other changes
- Report IT Portfolio performance at Decision making bodies
- Act as the process manager, oversee adherence to the process, identify areas for improvement, including tools in use
- Establish, calculate, monitor and report KPIs by area
- Establish and promote best practice across area
- With the collaboration between Project portfolio officers documents and improves PMO related process (Portfolio management, Project management, small improvements, governance, etc.)
What We Expect:
- Higher education, preferred in General Business, Finance, Economics, or Project Management
- Excellent project management skills
- Atlassian tools knowledge
- Strong business process management understanding
- Strong relationship building capabilities towards business areas, partners and suppliers
- Contributing with a high level of energy and positive attitude
- High ethical standards, integrity, good reputation and a commitment to best practices
- Objectivity and acting independence in mind
- Initiative to learn quickly new tasks
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
