Blade Repair Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Developing guidelines for the repair of wind turbine generator blades for various categories of defects;

- Developing guidelines for coordinating and managing the repair projects of wind turbine generator blades;

- Participating in the development of robotic equipment for wind turbine generator blade repairs;

- Developing customer reports based on industry requirements;

- Developing cost estimates for repair projects based on market trends;

- Supporting the sales team and defect analysis team;

- Periodically going on business trips.

Requirements:

- Technical competence and experience in planning and performing wind turbine blade repairs;

- Knowledge of the specifics of various wind turbine manufacturers, typical damages, and repair technologies;

- Ability to identify and categorize internal and external damages of wind turbine blades;

- Excellent technical English language skills in writing and speaking and good Latvian language skills;

- Good computer skills;

- Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions clearly and concisely;

- Willingness to find solutions to problems and take responsibility for the results of work;

- Collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team.

- Gross salary in the range of € 5000 - 6000 EUR gross, depending on experience and skills;
