The client of Vincit Union Group is a FinTech (EMI) company providing wide range of banking and payment solutions to enable businesses to operate internationally with ease. Currently the company is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer (B2B) who will be the primary contact for merchants integrating our API for online payments.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

2+ years of experience in online payments or FinTech industry;
customer-oriented personality with tech consultation experience;
experience with supporting web services and APIs;
readiness to take the initiative and manage processes efficiently;
highly disciplined personality with ability to work independently;
very good written and verbal English language (additional languages is an advantage).

DUTIES

manage and support merchants technical integration with the company's payment gateway, including identifying their needs, offering best solution, responding queries and make merchant configuration in the system;
manage and follow the development of the new features and products in the systems during the whole implementation process;
B2B customer support on the services provided and interaction with various payment providers;
control and monitor the operation of gateway services;
manage and lead communication between the merchant and internal business teams on technical matters.
