• Experience working with various IT Tools (MS Office, SharePoint, Jira, Power BI)

• Problem solving skills and detail oriented

• Good written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills

• Fluency in English, Latvian and/or Russian are required as well

• Precision and a powerful sense of responsibility

• Ability to work in team and independently

• Desire and willingness to learn new skills, suitable time management skills

Darba pienākumu apraksts

As member of the team, you will be assigned with following processes:

• Prepare equipment for new team members, installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.

• Add/Update/Remove registration of team member

• Make changes according to defined change management process

• Work with team members in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland to ensure Incidents resolved in best viable way within best time windows

• Analyze the requirements/issues and provide solutions to solve

• Clearly communicate the status, progress, risks, and issues

• Collaborate with team and management to achieve the objectives

• Maintenance of Team's Work Instructions, Guidelines, and processes

• Implement and support required internal IT systems and their enhancements (JIRA, PowerBI, SharePoint)

Configure and modify systems
Create customized Dashboards and Plans
Configure and manage permissions schemes
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports, etc.
