Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan
Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals
Develop, in coordination with the group management, and implement marketing plans for the local organisation's products and services in order to meet established sales targets
Proactively build opportunities for sales on new channels and new shows
Proactively position the hotel as a business leader in the community
Finalize collateral for sales & marketing purposes support the hotel regarding the collaterals pertaining to hotel brand standards
Identify operational problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department on solution

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, skills and values that follow:

A bachelor's degree in marketing and/or a master's degree in arts administration from an accredited university or college or equivalent is preferred
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Basic banner design skills are a plus
Experience in hospitality 2+ years
Education in hospitality and Social Media trend knowledge would be an advantage
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Very good communication skills
Fluency in English, and Latvian language skills
Result-oriented personality
Proficiency in computer software Microsoft Office, Outlook, PMS Opera
