Do you possess a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset? We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence and transparency.

As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes. You will conduct independent assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.

Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies and Basic knowledge of Accounting Standards
Min 2 years of experience in internal or external auditing accounting or related field.
English proficiency not less than B2 level is a MUST
Willingness to travel abroad (up to 80%)
Preferred Certifications CIA /DipIFR /ACCA
Basic knowledge of Accounting Standards
Analytical and logical thinking
Business acumen and perception
Willingness to deepen your knowledge and learn fast
Strong communication skills
Team player

Darba pienākumu apraksts

Performance of internal audits, pre-investment audits (Due Diligence), business support/trainings and consulting in Latvia and abroad in all Kronospan locations.
Benchmarking of sites performance, fraud investigations and ad-hoc projects based on shareholders request.
Reviewing company records related to expenditures, cost, taxes and internal controls to determine if: a) a company is secure and has a strong financial foundation. b) there are any indications of mismanagement, unnecessary waste of resources or fraud.

Monthly base salary for this position is 2000-2500 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.

Iekšējo auditu veikšana.
Pirmsinvestīciju auditu (due diligence) veikšana.
Uzņēmējdarbības atbalsts/apmācības un konsultācijas Latvijā un ārvalstīs visās Kronospan rūpnīcās.
Rūpnīcu darbības rezultātu salīdzinošā novērtēšana un ad hoc projekti.
Nodrošināt auditu rezultātā sniegto ieteikumu un risku mazināšanas pasākumu ieviešanas uzraudzību.

Mēs sagaidām, ka Tev ir

Teicama izpratne par revīzijas standartiem, iekšējās kontroles sistēmām un riska novērtēšanas metodoloģijām, kā arī grāmatvedības standartu pamatzināšanas.
Vismaz 2 gadu pieredze iekšējā/ārējā audita vai radniecīgā jomā.
Angļu valodas prasme, kas nav zemāka par B2 līmeni.
Vēlme doties ārzemju komandējumos (līdz 80%).
Sertifikāts CIA/DipIFR/ACCA (uzskatāms par priekšrocību).
Analītiskā un loģiskā domāšana.
Teicamas komunikācijas prasmes.
