Job Role

MTC is looking for an tenacious IT Project Managers to manage small to mid web development tasks for a team of about 5 developers with problem solving approach and ability to work in a high frequency environment.

Job responsibilities:

Communication with clients & developers via email, MS Teams & phone
Task distribution & scheduling for team
Basic requirement gathering
Team building, frequent team catch ups, participation in team member growth plans
Team workload & resource management

Requirements

Excellent English verbal and written skills
Experience in the web development industry
Sales experience
Ability to establish relationships with clients

We consider it a plus if

You have experience with WordPress, Shopify or BigCommerce
You've worked a web developer
You have experience in the UK market

We offer

2200 - 3100€ gross pay
5% commission on maintenance contract (SLA) sales
