As part of this evolution, the company embarking on various innovative projects, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). To support this initiative, we are looking for a skilled
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Implementation of D365: Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to support the implementation of Microsoft D365, including system configuration, data migration, and user training. Ensure a seamless transition from AX2012 to D365, minimizing downtime and user impact.
- Process Design Support: Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement. Design and document optimized business processes, leveraging the capabilities of ERP. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- System Enhancements: Evaluate system capabilities and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with different stakeholders to implement customizations or third-party integrations as needed.
- User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions by utilizing automated tools to end-users on D365 functionality and best practices. Provide ongoing user support, answering questions, and troubleshooting system-related issues.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Perform data analysis, cleansing, and migration activities as necessary during system upgrades or implementations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals. Generate reports and analyze system data to provide insights for decision-making and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field is preferred;
- Minimums of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems;
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting ERP system issues;
- Familiarity with the implementation and configuration of ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics D365 is desirable;
- Experience in data management and data migration activities within ERP systems;
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to provide process design support;
- Ability to deliver training and support to end-users and provide excellent customer service;
- Fluent in Latvian and English (both oral and written);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
