CEO with sales spirit
Your daily tasks will entail:
- Driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
- Overseeing the companys operations, ensuring the delivery of quality services while managing costs.
- Approaching high-profile B2B leads and customers mainly from the UK, Germany, French and Scandinavia.
- Building a sales pipeline and proactively working with prospects throughout the process.
- Spearheading other units (including product development, manufacturing, and accounting) to satisfy customer needs.
- Achieving quarterly sales objectives and accurately forecasting sales activity.
What we expect from you:
- Ability to inspire a team.
- Determination to succeed in sales.
- Experience with providing product cost estimates / participation in tenders/ negotiations with potential and existing customers.
- Good written and spoken English.
