Customer service specialist - Lithuanian speaking

Experience in customer service or debt collection (preferably in banking/finance/insurance).
Excellent speaking and writing skills in Lithuanian.
Knowledge of English OR Russian (at least verbal).
Possibility of shift work (from 7:00 to 23:00, also on weekends).
Higher education in a field related to the job (student(s) is also accepted).
Computer skills at a good user level.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Good people skills, communication, and negotiation skills.
Positive and responsive customer-oriented attitude.

Communicate with customers by phone and in writing.
Review credit applications from new and existing customers in accordance with company procedures.
Promote the sale of additional services.
Process and update information in internal company systems.
Transfer loans issued.
Prevent fraud attempts by customers.
Debt collection procedures, including monitoring, phone calls, written communication with debtors, etc.
Cooperation with other business units.
