BSSC is Baltic shared operations center providing Network and IT Systems Support and Maintenance, business assurance and roaming services to Tele2 companies in the Baltics States, Established in February 2020. Baltic IT Systems Support Discipline provides technical maintenance services to adjust and adapt IT systems to Baltics Business's ever-changing landscape. The role is to translate everyday business needs and plans to automated processes, parametrization of the supported system and right capacities and capabilities going forward.

Baltic IT department is looking for a System Manager HR (for a fixed period ~ 2 years) to join!

This role is meant for You if You have:

• university degree in IT, telecom or related field;
• 2 - 3 years of experience in system administration, change management or similar;
• goal-oriented & self-motivated person with high analytical skills;
• excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• fluent English skills are strongly required, both spoken & written;
• ability to travel;
• professional experience in a multicultural environment (in a global company), with SAP SuccessFactors, people soft or another Global HR IT systems will be an advantage.

Your main tasks will be:

• overall responsibility for the HR systems in Baltic countries - change management, release management, service management as well as system administration;
• quickly & efficiently provide service performance with minimum impact on business processes;
• together with the solution owners in Baltic countries plan and manage changes of the system;
• plan and manage system releases, coordinate release plans with other systems and teams;
• be overly responsible that the systems are operational in accordance with SLA's/OLA's;
• work with the external suppliers to assure systems SLS's;
• work perform according to the rules and procedures of Tele2 IT department;
• act as a point of contact for stakeholders when it comes to questions or escalations for the systems.

Salary: from 2500 EUR (gross)
