We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Non-Fraud Payment Investigations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the payment investigations team in identifying and resolving non-fraudulent payment-related issues. This role will be reporting to the Head of Non-Fraud Payment Investigations.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to Client Services and other teams with regard to non-fraud payment investigations
Answer to client requests concerning non-fraud investigations
Provide answers to customers and other financial institutions concerning non-fraud investigations
Communicate with IT / Risk and Compliance / Client Services / FinOps
Can be requested by the division head to temporarily perform additional duties or execute additional projects falling within the scope of the division responsibility areas.
