Required skills and experience

At least 1 year experience in a B2B or other customer service-facing role;
Bachelor degree in Economics, IT, business administration, logistics, business and other comparable fields;
Very good English language skills oral & written skills;
French language skills will be considered as advantage;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
A logical mindset with high level of precision and responsibility;
Proficient use and experience with SAP ERP system;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Project management skills.

Responsibilities

Customer and material master data management including pre-order handling;
Sales order management - to be the first point of contact for allnex customers receiving sales orders;
Consignment order management & stock oversight;
Customer request management - to ensure all kind of customer request handling being first point of contact next to sales managers;
Dispute management - to provide proper handling of customer claims;
Internal request management;
Collaborate with sales managers, key account directors, and product line managers to implement price changes efficiently and accurately.
