With us you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and integrate ESG into corporate lending including contribution to development of methodologies for ESG analysis, integration into processes, creating guidance and trainings for frontline
• Hold holistic view on sustainability-related interactions with corporate customers
• Support strategic risk management initiatives including materiality assessment and scenario work
• Contribute to strategies and policies updates
• Provide support to ESG area experts in complex transactions, performing gate-keeping function
• Participate and represent the bank in industry associations

What is needed in this role:

• University degree in the field of sustainability, risk, economics, finance, energy
• Good awareness of EU's Sustainable Finance landscape (EU Green Deal, EBA Guidelines, ECB supervisory expectations, EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3, etc)
• Understanding ESG risks (physical and transition risk) or credit risks would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
• Strong project management experience (at least 3 years) dealing with complex processes and products, wide stakeholder management experience
• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, good presenting skills; proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in English language and of one of the Baltic languages (both written and spoken)
• Self-starting mindset with ability to learn fast
