With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure coordination and maintenance of sustainability area activities to meet regulatory requirements in the area of climate & environmental / ESG risk management for corporate segment (e.g., ECB supervisory expectations)
- Mediate and support sustainability area activities in private segment and finance function to meet regulatory requirements on ESG/C&E risk management
- Maintain reporting routines and preparation of status reports for C-level management bodies
- Contribute to preparation of sustainability-related disclosures (incl. Taxonomy, Pillar 3, CSRD reports)
- Follow up on sustainable finance regulation development
- Participate and represent the bank in industry associations
- University degree in the field of sustainability, legal, risk, economics, finance
- Competence in EU's Sustainable Finance landscape (ECB supervisory expectations, EBA Guidelines, EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3, etc.)
- Strong project management experience (at least 3 years), ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
- Wide stakeholder management experience. Ability to demonstrate an adaptive style to maintain effective partnerships across the organization
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, good presenting skills; proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in English language and of one of the Baltic languages (both written and spoken)
- Self-starting mindset with ability to learn fast
