Technical Software Support Specialist

We will expect You to:

- Be the first member of our Client Platform and Operation Support System 2nd Level Technical Support team

- Communicate with our field technicians, review their support requests, and help them solve their issues with our platforms

- Troubleshoot the issues and look for workarounds

- Aggregate, prioritize, and communicate with our development team about the software defects

Essentials for this position:

- Experience with supporting software products

- Capacity to plan, organize, and work independently and in a team

- Fluent communication in English (written and spoken)

Bonus points for having:

- Experience with technologies we use: React, PHP, Mobile apps, Rest APIs and PostgreSQL

- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a very dynamic startup environment

- Fluency in Latvian, Ukrainian, or Armenian
