- Create and manage schedules for rotation planning 
- Develop planning strategies according to Aerone specifics 
- Develop processes to increase the period of future rotations 
- Data analytics and reporting 
- Budget management 
- Emergency planning 
- Forecasting of workforce needs 
- Coordination and communication with the workforce 

Requirements: 
- Higher degree in industrial engineering, computer science, HR management, business administration or similar required 
- Experience in project management, workforce planning, or industrial engineering maybe operations management
