Requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- Practical experience in preparing legal documents;
- Ability to navigate in international legislation and regulatory legal system;
- Knowledge of contract law, commercial law;
- Ability to process and systematize large amounts of data;
- Accuracy and high sense of responsibility;
- Logical and analytical thinking;
- Good written and spoken English
It will be an advantage to have:
- AML/KYC knowledge
-Igaming or IT experience
Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing contracts with clients
- Maintaining personnel documentation (employment contracts, orders, etc.)
- Analyzing EU and third country regulations
- Developing and updating the company's system of policies, procedures and guidelines;
- oversee the day-to-day functioning of AML/KYC policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
- Other duties under the direction of the Chief
