About the Company:

LTD Jobwhyzes client is a leading company in the gambling industry, offering innovative solutions and high-quality services. We are seeking an experienced lawyer to strengthen legal team and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a lawyer in the gambling industry.
Education: Law degree.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and gambling regulations.
Business Models: Understanding of both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) gambling business models.
International Experience: Proven experience in handling business deals across different jurisdictions.

Job Responsibilities:

Software License Agreement Drafting and Review: Prepare, draft, and review software licensing agreements to ensure compliance and protect the companys interests.
B2B Business Legal Support: Provide legal support for B2B operations, including contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.
B2C Business Legal Support: Offer legal guidance and support for B2C activities, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
Jurisdictional Investigation: Investigate and understand the legal requirements of different jurisdictions where the company operates or plans to operate.
Regulatory Compliance: Keep the companys legal requirements up-to-date, ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations in the gambling industry.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all business activities are legally sound and compliant.
Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate them.
