WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 3+ years of relevant work experience to join our creative team and help design kids' board games, product packaging, and online store graphics.

REQUIREMENTS

Extensive knowledge and experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and InDesign.
Extensive knowledge of printing processes.
Strong understanding of branding and brand identity.
Interest and knowledge of current graphic design trends.
Good understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
High attention to detail.
Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability.
Experience working with AI tools like Sora, MidJourney and ChatGPT.
Experience designing newsletters and web design elements.
Demonstrating a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and punctuality.

Not required, but will be considered a bonus

Digital drawing skills.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will design materials for kids' board games, printed book layouts, and product packaging and create visual content for our newsletters and online store.

This position is located in Riga, Latvia.
This position can be either full-time or part-time during business hours from 8:00 to 17:00.
We do not currently consider remote applicants or applicants from outside the EU or those who do not have the required visa to work in Latvia full time.
