The Requirements

Good knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack;
Understanding of the basic functions of devices such as Switch, Router;
Desire to learn and develop in the telecommunication industry;

The Role

Monitoring of the Optical and IP network;
Processing and solving customer various enquiries;
Solving technical problems, escalating to profile engineers if necessary;
