We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented

Customer Care Support

to join our growing team at Osh casino and contribute to our success.

WHAT YOU BRING

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with players from diverse backgrounds.
The ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations, providing exceptional service even during peak hours.
A commitment to providing a positive and memorable experience for our players, going the extra mile to resolve issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Proficiency in English (English on level B1 or higher), written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
A strong understanding of online casino games and regulations (a plus).
A positive attitude, a team player mentality, and a willingness to learn.
Communicating effectively and efficiently with our customer base through Live Chat and email.
Responding to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner by providing a resolution.
Performing KYC verification for Players.
Processing Withdrawal requests.
Performing internal tasks to help enhance the customers perspective of our platform;
Displaying a strong understanding and awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
Preffering Experience in customer service and/or sales. Experience in iGaming/FinTech/Banking would be considered as an advantage.
