We have a brand-new opportunity for a skilled CRM Marketing Specialist (B2B). In this role, you'll drive our marketing and revenue operations through effective CRM management and marketing automation. Sounds good? Then keep reading!

Your Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Lead & Campaign Management: Manage lead data, track campaign performance, and optimize sales sequences in HubSpot, collaborating with external partners for lead generation.
  • Marketing Automation: Design and implement workflows for automated marketing processes, including managing email campaigns, social campaigns, and customer journeys in HubSpot.
  • Audience & Reporting: Create and manage audience segments, generating dynamic reports to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Customer Retention & Engagement: Utilize predictive churn models to reduce attrition and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Sales Pipeline & Lifecycle Management: Work with sales teams to manage pipelines, ensure smooth customer lifecycle management, and maintain CRM data accuracy in HubSpot.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Develop sales and revenue reports using HubSpot and Power BI, identifying areas for process improvement and training teams on best practices.

Preferred Background:
  • CRM Systems Expertise: Experience in managing CRM systems like HubSpot, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Power BI, Sales Navigator, Excel, Google Analytics, and HTML.
  • Marketing Automation: Proven ability to automate workflows and campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve marketing and sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, account management, and development.
