Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
  • 2 years of experience in a financial environment, including the areas of financial reporting and accounting.
  • Knowledge of PC, MS Office (Excel advanced), Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, and BCP.
  • Overall knowledge of IFRS / local requirements.
  • Experience and knowledge of the operational aspects of process and/or discrete manufacturing companies.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial attitude, and sense of responsibility.
  • Team Player Works well with others toward a common team goal.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy.
  • Highly organized and motivated.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Netting activities, including preparing netting files, communicating with relevant parties, and booking netting payments accurately.
  • Handle monthly interest charges for ICO loans, ensuring accurate calculations and postings.
  • Review and verify all accruals and adjustments made in the prior month-end, diligently following up on any outstanding invoices, and appropriately aligning them with accruals.
  • Prepare monthly ICO reports, which include comparing balances among all allnex entities, generating pre-closing reports, and finalizing reports for the consolidation team.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Team Lead, Supervisor, and other local stakeholders to provide updates on the closing status and address any accounting issues.
  • Perform reconciliations and seek necessary approvals in adherence to accepted requirements, promptly resolving any reconciling differences.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Internal Control requirements by updating documentation as needed and serving as the backup for team members, as agreed upon.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve IT systems.
  • Assist in preparing yearly intercompany balance confirmation letters for group audit purposes.
