We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in this dynamic sector. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects and industry presence across the continent.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives in the construction recruitment sector across Europe.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to attract and retain construction companies as clients.
- Partner with the executive team to ensure marketing and sales initiatives align with overall business goals and market trends.
Marketing Management:
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, and industry event channels.
- Strengthen our brand presence in the construction industry, establishing us as a leading recruitment service provider.
- Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Analytics and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales, providing regular performance reports and data-driven insights.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to monitor client engagement, track sales pipelines, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Report to the executive team on the effectiveness of strategies and their impact on business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, especially within the construction or related industries.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales strategies.
- Experience in global or multi-region marketing and sales.
- Excellent English (Swedish language skills are a plus).
Skills:
- Deep understanding of the construction industry, including market dynamics, customer behaviour, and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
