The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

Your Opportunity:

As a Design Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency in all design deliverables. You will oversee the quality assurance process for design projects, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and collaborating closely with design. In this role, you will:

Lead the QA process from project initiation to final delivery, ensuring all design outputs meet quality standards and client specifications.
Verify adherence to Roche branding and other client-specific guidelines, ensuring consistency in all design elements.
Conduct proofreading and editing of design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Approve projects and change requests (CRs) post-production, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
Maintain detailed records of quality checks, feedback, and project communications in Workfront.
Intervene in the design process when necessary to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Identify process efficiencies and best practices to enhance the QA process and reduce incoming CRs.
Work closely with graphic designers and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project continuity.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Workfront for quality assurance checks and project management.
Ensure all client feedback and requests are accurately implemented, collaborating with graphic designers for necessary changes.
Implement and manage a system for tracking design errors and feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Explore and implement software tools to streamline QA processes, improving accuracy and efficiency.
Establish a feedback loop with the design team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.

Who you are:

3+ years of professional experience in design quality assurance or a related role within a creative agency or similar environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Demonstrated ability to create and utilize QA checklists and maintain quality standards across multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
Proven experience in managing and reviewing design projects from concept to final delivery.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to designers and other team members.
Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Salary starts from 1800 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
