JOB MISSION
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns and trends
- Become main partner to Operations Team on customer verification process
- Proactively identify, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activities across all Sun Finance platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations/Data Science/IT) to enhance fraud prevention measures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fraud trends and technologies
OUTCOMES
- Reduction in Fraudulent Transactions/Fraudulent account creation
- Reporting and Analysis
- Innovative Fraud Prevention Initiatives
- Cross-Department Collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is a plus
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
