Your responsibilities:

Intra-Day tasks: Perform screening of candidates resumes. Conduct interviews with candidates and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment. Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates pipeline.
Expert Support: Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes. Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital.
Business Impact: Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers. Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives

Your skills:

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Latvian (C1).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Knowledge of the industrys best practices and trends for successful recruitment.
Education: Bachelors or Associates degree in business or management preferred.
Proficiency in Tools: Proficient in G Suite, WorkDay and Avature and other relevant software programs.
Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
