YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, business analysts, and the development team
- Translate business process flows and requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Work with the business analyst to define key system functionalities and workflows
- Ensure developers have a clear understanding of functional requirements
- Collaborate with the developers to customize ERP modules based on business needs
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all business processes are reflected in the final system
- Provide training and support to key users on ERP functionalities and business processes
- Assist in data migration, system configuration, and change management
- Manage and troubleshoot functional issues during the implementation process
REQUIREMENTS:
- ERP knowledge and expertise (preferably Odoo, ERP)
- Higher education in business, computer science, or related field
- Familiarity with multiple ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo), and how they address different business needs
- Ability to assess which ERP modules are relevant based on business needs, such as Sales, Procurement, or Manufacturing
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes that are typically managed by an ERP system, including procurement, order-to-cash, manufacturing, inventory, and financial management
- Experience in process optimization, identifying inefficiencies in current workflows, and suggesting ERP-based solutions
- Ability to document business requirements, develop process flow diagrams, and create use cases or user stories for development teams
- Expertise in writing functional documentation that is easily understood by both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of data migration processes: understanding how to extract, transform, and load data (ETL) from legacy systems into the ERP
- Ability to break down complex processes into manageable tasks that fit within an ERP system
- Latvian, Russian and English language
