Job Title: Junior IT Administrator
Location: Karla Ulmana gatve 68, Riga
Job Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)
Salary: €600 - 900 gross
Key Responsibilities
IT Support:
- Providing IT assistance, support and trobleshhoting to company staff
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
- Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
- upport and maintenance of backups
SharePoint Administration:
- Assist with site and account management
- Conduct basic training for employees on using SharePoint
Exchange Administration:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange environments
- Help manage mailboxes, public folders, and distribution groups
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or nearing completion
- Basic knowledge of system administration, preferably with Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint
- Understanding of network protocols, server management, and IT security principles
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client-oriented support.
