Requirements:

Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
Experience with network equipment (Mikrotik, Cisco, Aruba) and understanding of network protocols
Skills in installing and configuring various software
Knowledge of information security principles and data protection
Ability to accurately follow instructions

Responsibilities:

Preparing and setting up work equipment for employees, including account creation and software installation
Troubleshooting technical problems that arise during work
Tracking and inventorying company equipment
Analyzing the specifications of laptops and other necessary equipment for employee efficiency
Collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems and processes

Monthly salary: 1800-2800 EUR (Gross)
