Purchasing coordinator

- Full-time paid work from 1700 Euro gross per month (depending on experience);

- Ensure timely and efficient supply of production with necessary raw materials, consumables and documentation;

- Plan and coordinate delivery;

- Collect data, systematize and maintain up-to-date and reliable information in databases;

- Maintaining contacts with suppliers, formation of orders in accordance with the assignments of the purchasing manager;

- Working independently with suppliers to improve purchasing efficiency;

- Assist in resolving delivery quality issues in collaboration with suppliers and other departments involved.

- At least 1 year experience in manufacturing procurement or similar field;

- Desirable experience or interest in chemicals, perfumes;

- Well organized personality;

- Responsible attitude towards duties to be performed;

- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, high work speed;

- Excellent communication skills and willingness to find solutions;

- Excellent EXCEL, Word, ERP system skills;

- Higher academic or professional education is desirable;

- Good knowledge of English (fluent), Latvian, Russian. (English written and oral communication is essential).
