Key Responsibities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API guides, user manuals, and integration instructions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of all documents.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect new product features and updates.
- Create tutorials and FAQs to assist users in understanding and utilizing our payment solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in fintech or payments but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical information and convey it simply.
- Familiarity with APIs, payment gateways, and related technologies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
