We are currently looking for:
Business Intelligence Specialist Senior (m/f/d)
Overview of tasks:
- Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPIs and SLAs in the business
- Understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization through the use of data analytics
- Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets to develop actionable business insights and recommendations
- Maintain business intelligence platforms and tools
- Build reports and tools inside the database environment
- Conduct troubleshooting on complex business intelligence models
- Evaluate and improve existing business intelligence models leveraging industry best practices
We are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related field; MBA is desirable
- Expertise in data modeling, database technologies (SQL, Google Bigquery etc.), and usage of business intelligence technologies (Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, Looker, Sisense etc.) and tools
- Profound knowledge of MS Excel, Power Query and SQL
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data mining and statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of business processes and objectives to align business intelligence to strategic goals
- Expert ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non technical stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex problems; to takes a new perspective on existing solutions; to exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
