5+ years of experience as an Event Manager, preferably within the Gambling, Affiliate, or IT sectors.
Proven ability to manage large-scale events from concept to execution.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Experience managing budgets, travel arrangements, and profitability analysis.
Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.

Take full ownership of the Event Marketing channel.
Develop and execute strategic event plans (conferences, webinars, community events) aligned with SWAG42's marketing and growth objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and other internal teams to identify and target the right audience segments.
Create and implement attendee engagement strategies to maximize event impact.
Plan and oversee the distribution of branded merchandise at events.
Manage all event logistics: venue selection, speaker coordination, subcontractor management, flights, accommodation, and ticketing.
Be responsible for the event budget, including expense management, cost calculation, and ensuring accurate financial reports.
Track and report on event profitability and key performance metrics.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials and multi-channel event marketing.
Liaise with potential sponsors and partners to enhance event value.
Organize and execute approximately two events per month.
