Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or payment industry.
Proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools for data visualization and preparation.
Strong experience in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Experience with Python is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key metrics aligned with business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Tableau to visualize data and drive insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide timely data-driven insights.
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
Utilize SQL and Python to query, analyze, and manipulate datasets
