IT Coordinator Baltics
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the complete IT agenda for DAW in the Baltic countries, including global strategy implementation, roll-out of the new ERP system, user support, and communication with the IT service provider, system suppliers, and the parent company in Germany.
Job description:
- Act as link between end users in Cluster Baltics (50+ users) and HQ IT team regarding all IT questions;
- Translating and adaption global IT strategy to local needs;
- Daily IT support for end users and end device management in Cluster Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia);
- Install and configure software and hardware ( incl. Microsoft 365 apps)
- Implementation of a new ERP system
- Complete management of IT projects, including responsibility for their timely and quality performance
- Analysis of developments and new trends in IT and implementation of ICT solutions
- Security and risk management in IT and data protection
- Relationship management with information technology suppliers
- Regular project status reporting
- Close cooperation with other company departments
Who are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- +3 years of experience in IT administrator/coordinator role in a multinational company;
- More than 3 years of IT project management experience, and a wide knowledge of all IT processes and tools.
- Good communication and project management skills;
- Experience with Office 365, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or Axapta);
- Experience working with different cultures;
- English - upper intermediate; knowledge of Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian will be a plus;
