You have the following skills:

Proven work experience in payments/financial sector is a must
At least 2+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Senior Key Account Management working with external customer
Entry to mid-level tech savviness is required
Good understanding of project management processes and methodology
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Ability to effectively communicate in Latvian, Russian, and English languages
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, ability to take responsibility

What youll do:

Maintain regular communication on project activities directly with the customer
Ensure project delivery from A to Z within scope, time, budget, and other objectives
Plan and govern all project lifecycle and supporting activities
Measure and report project performance to stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations and implement required changes
Assist Sales department in customer negotiations with professional expertise
Encourage the use of Project Management best practices within the organization
