Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role

Business degree or related professional qualification
High level of responsibility
Excellent communication skills
At least 1-year previous experience in customers relationship management
Fluent in English and Russian, other languages will be considered an advantage
Ability to work autonomously
To use own initiative, set priorities, and make decisions
Previous work experience in a bank or financial institution will be considered an advantage

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role

Perform customers verification and further onboarding process
Provide customers with information about the company's products and offer new products
Conclude contracts with customers
Day-to-day communication with customers
Organize meetings with new/existing customers
Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
Continuous improvement of the customer relationship process
