YOUR IMPACT
Beauty Consultant is part of DIOR Baltics team reporting directly to Key Account Manager Baltics.
Purpose of the job is to:
· Engage in sale of Dior products while ensuring high standard of service to customers throughout the entire sale process
· Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both in point of sale and through traffic-stopping
· Identify, understand and address customers needs
· Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers (fragrance, make-up and skincare)
· Propose additional products within category and bring the customers from one product category to another
· Develop personal and durable relationships with customers
· Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis
· Educate customers on Dior products and on Dior brand
· Ensure compliance with Dior merchandising guidelines and optimize Dior visual exposure on the POS
· Monitor stock levels and manage issues to ensure there is sufficient stock
· Ensure the efficient roll-out of Dior promotional events that are organized in store
· Report key messages from field and suggestions for improvement to Dior representatives
· Respect corporate & store rules (attendance, punctuality) and Dior grooming guidelines
