This hands-on role demands a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic vision to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), email marketing (Klaviyo preferred), content marketing, and SMS marketing.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and a track record of developing successful campaigns across channels.
  • Expertise in tools such as Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Monday.com, Canva, and AI platforms like ChatGPT and Midjourney.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and cross-channel optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Experience in the fashion industry or familiarity with fashion e-commerce is a significant advantage.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to drive DOORS NYC's growth across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a dynamic, creative individual with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in social media, email marketing, and content creation, who can thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. The successful candidate will also contribute to content marketing initiatives (DOORS Academy), SMS marketing, and other digital campaigns, while taking ownership of the entire marketing lifecycle from planning to execution.

Social Media Marketing
  • Manage DOORS NYCs social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring daily activity and engagement.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee both organic and paid campaigns targeting B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Create and curate engaging, platform-optimized daily content, including graphics, video editing, and animations to drive reach and engagement.
  • Conduct social media analytics to measure success and refine strategies for optimal performance.
Email Marketing
  • Design, manage, and execute 10-15 newsletters per month, with a focus on segmentation, targeting, and automation workflows for continuous audience engagement.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through data-driven insights.
  • Update automated email flows to reflect ongoing campaigns and align with seasonal marketing goals.
Content Marketing & SMS Marketing
  • Lead DOORS Academy content marketing efforts, including creating, publishing, and promoting educational content to build the brand's thought leadership.
  • Launch and manage SMS marketing campaigns, integrating them with overall digital marketing strategies.
General Marketing Responsibilities
  • Create and implement the Marketing Plan, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of campaigns across all channels.
  • Use graphic design skills to independently produce banners, visuals, and marketing materials, as there is no in-house designer.
  • Update marketing presentations and develop promotional content for campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
Data & Insights
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare actionable reports.
  • Optimize all digital marketing strategies based on data-driven insights, A/B testing results, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing tools, platforms, and AI technologies to keep DOORS NYC ahead of the curve.
