We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist at The Voodoo Casino (the position is offered on a temporary basis for up to 2 years) to join our team and contribute to our vibrant workplace culture. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations, with a strong focus on innovation, compliance, and employee engagement. The gross salary for this position ranges from €1,700 to €1,900 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. We are dynamic and fast-growing organization dedicated to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences.

Proven experience in HR roles, particularly in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced, shift-oriented environments.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. Preferably, but not mandatory, experience with Navision, BC, and Cornerstone.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and recruitment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Prepare and manage all employment documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal requirements.
Utilize HRIS systems for employee data management, leave management and coordination, and data reporting.
Organize and coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment.
Act as a resource for employees, addressing workplace concerns and promoting open communication.
Provide guidance on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and team management.
