Requirements:

Italian and English at B2-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence).
Higher education in sales/marketing or related, will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong negotiating skills with top executives.
Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement long-term strategies for key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations.
Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction.
Strengthen relationships to improve customer retention.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
